Managing your anger using emotional intelligence

Anger, one of the most dangerous emotion; it is the root of all bad decision that you could make in your life. When you let anger take over you, it is like you are letting go of yourself too. You forget who you really are and as well as the good people around you– push you to do things that you may regret in your life.

Anger is really hard to handle, especially when you have a heavy and valid reason to feel that way. Just always remember that it just an emotion;  it is just a chemical reaction in your body. Don’t let anger dictate your life. Whatever reason why you’re angry is not an excuse to do things that are unacceptable or that could hurt other people. Even how furious you are, you are still the one who decide on what you will do.

That quote changes me and my view in life. Being angry is not a bad thing, but it is only to express for a time. Don’t let it decide things in your life for you and don’t let it ever tell you who you are.

Where do the minds go at night? 

I am just lying on my bed, trying the best that I can to sleep. While My mind on the other hand is now in the other parts of the world,  traveling and discovering any creative thoughts it could find.  The best thing that minds can do,  is it will not just sit there all day long;  it creates everything it could imagine and go to places that reality couldn’t present.
